WW1 Experience Day

Commemorate the centenary of the Great War and find out about wartime in the countryside through our WWI experience day. Explore the ‘home hospitals’ of the North York Moors and unpack the life of a WW1 soldier.

During three Museum-led sessions, your class will actively explore ration packs, uniform, papers and belongings found in our soldier’s kitbag; before immersing themselves in the medical practices of the time as they become doctor, nurse and patient.

£6.50 per child (plus VAT)
